Registration fees and deadlines

 

EAA member

To qualify for this reduced fee, participants must be members in good standing by the time of the online registration opening. The status will be checked in the EAA member database.

To all the other members the full registration fee applies.

Retired

To qualify for the retired fee, participants must be over 65. A copy of ID is required.

Students

The applicants have to be able to present a proof of full-time enrolment at an accredited university or college at the time of registration.

Bursaries

N. 10 bursaries have been awarded for students. For any information, please contact the Chair of the Programme Committee ( This email address is being protected from spambots. The deadline for bursary request expired and no more bursaries are available.

The Registration Fee includes:

The Registration Fee  does not include:

  • Conference Dinner
  • Accommodation
  • Lunches

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • Conference Dinner  on Thursday September 10, 2015 additional ticket 70 € per person

 

Accompanying Guest Registration Fee: € 150,00

The accompanying person registration fee includes welcome reception, conference dinner, and a half day city tour.
